Discern what is making you feel excited and joyful.
Where are you losing your energy?
Are you spending most of your day on what makes you, makes us, thrive?
If not, why aren’t you?
Be honest, where is your desire leading you?
Take some deep breaths and ask yourself:
What is growing in my life?
What is blossoming in my life?
How can I best nurture this creation so we will harvest the fruits later?
Which actions can I take to bring this dream to fruition?
Write down on a piece of paper what you would like to keep on focusing on in the next weeks.
Place it where you will see it regularly.
Every time your eyes catches this note… feel the gratitude of having this experience in your life.

Stillness Exercise:
Stillness connects us with our deeper self.
Open your heart and See.
In Stillness, clarity comes.
Leave the world of words behind.
Look within.
Look beyond.
In Stillness, we see, feel, and hear more clearly.
We heal more deeply.
Drop the illusions.
Drop what is no longer serving you.
This week create a place of stillness.
Light a candle while expressing your highest frequency.
Visit the space of stillness within yourself, as long and as often as possible.

Transformation exercise:
A transformation is a complete or major change in someone’s or something’s appearance, form or state of being.
If transformation can come naturally, does this mean we could stop ourselves from transforming into a higher, happier, more powerful state of being?
Ask yourself.
Feel into the opportunity to drop a heavy load off your shoulders with a snap of your fingers. To purge blocking and subtle energies out of your bodies. To let them go with a gust of wind.
Ready? Just do it!
Or.. tap into evolution.
Evolving is changing or developing slowly into a better, more advanced state. Slowly but surely, step by step, we progress.
Each moment we can make new choices. No matter if we transform or evolve, we choose what we want to experience here and now.
Are you ready?

Acknowledgement exercise:
When facing fears and doubts, we might get caught up with what we need to transform still inside ourselves, our relationships, life. Processing what comes up to be released, is important. Focusing on what is going well in our lives, will also help us.
Literally opening our eyes and heart for what brings joy and already is flowing easily and naturally in our lives. Feel the love, joy and light of those creations. You manifested these joyful experiences into your life. If you can allow these into your life, you can create more like this.
A pitfall is we might forget what we’ve achieved and what we’re already capable of.
When we acknowledge something, we accept the truth or existence of it. We express gratitude for it.
Acknowledge your growth and abilities. See how far you’ve come. Breathe in gratefulness and send it to what is going well in your life.
Notice that with every breath you take, you become more centered, rooted and connected…
